What would you highlight about Citadines South Vienna

Good value for money. Not the best location but no issues either.

I liked the common area. Very nice place to relax after a long days work. I also liked the fact that they had a washer and dryer available for guests. The staff was nice and friendly and helpful.

My room was not cleaned even once in the 6-7 days I was there.

Definitely stay here if you're coming to Vienna

Great location and the room was super comfortable. Staff at reception were really helpful and the free pool table, coffee machine and washing and drying facilities were just what we needed.

What would you highlight about Citadines South Vienna

Nice stay in Vienna

Very good location. 4-5 supermarkets immediately near by. Tram line 1 which goes to city center at 50m from hotel. Park across the street. Table tennis, table pool, football table machine and others to spend free time at location. Very nice, big room (we were 4 persons), with fridge and other cooking stuff (we did not use).Also lots of extras, we did not use but nice to have: ironing machine, safe, hot water/ tea maker, coffee machine, microwave, glass and ceramic plates and glasses, inox cuttlery, etc. Great balcony or terace to drink tea or coffee. And not the last, very comunicative and helpfull stuff.

It was a problem with the balcony's door lock, but we were offered another room and even a bonus for trouble so the "bad" issue turned in a good one for us. Also, the parking is convenient and safe but the price is a little high. It can almoast be considered as an extra person in our stay.

Very good overall

Very friendly and helpful front-desk staff. Typical Citadines property offering apartment suites with a kitchen. Free community washing machine and dryer. Good location a couple of minutes away from the tram by foot.

There was a bad smell in the stairway and in my apartment. The community dryer was not very efficient at drying clothes. The property is on a busy street so if you get a unit facing the street, you will experience noise.

good value deal

Automated locks to the building and the apartment. In 4 days had zero interactions with the staff, which is quite alright. No noise complaints either, we were facing a large busy street and with the windows shut you could barely hear anything from the outside.

It was a bit further from the center that I expected, but again it was only 23 mins by tram, non-stop. One thing, I was not sure how safe the neighborhood was, especially at night. I wouldn’t recommend walking alone.

Very comfortable room and a great base for Vienna sightseeing

I stayed at the small apartment with a kitchenette for one week. The room was very nice, kitchenette had all the required tools to make breakfasts and a simple dinner and a bed was very comfortable too. The room, despite its windows going on the crowded street was surprisingly silent. A great feature of the place is its localization, vey near Davidgasse tram station, which is a great starting point for going out to the city's most interesting atractions.

The room is not "the" cheapest, but its definitely worth its price.

What would you highlight about Citadines South Vienna

Family of four happy with our stay.

Staff were so helpful. We checked in slightly early, made use of the free laundry facilities and they organized our airport transfer as well as printed boarding passes for us and giving me good info on tram lines etc how to get around. Room was nice and clean and had all the amenities we needed for our baby and older child.

It was all pretty good. Some people might not like being so far from the old town but it seemed a bit cheaper staying a wee bit out of town and it puts you amongst the locals rather than tourist. It only took 20 minutes to get to town on the number 1 tram line and there was a bus to Schonbrunn palace. There is food everywhere in Vienna so there was no problems with that.

Very clean, easy and quick check in, all the basics available

Our apartment was on the first level facing the main road which meant there was lots of street noise all the time.
